• Check-in time : 4:00 PM & check-out time : 11:00 AM
• Cancellation policies : For 100% refund you should cancel your stay at least 48 hours prior to check-in date.
• Pet policies : We allow pets for an additional pet fee of $30 each pet for each night. We allow only dogs as pets. Only 2 pets are allowed in each room & weight of each pet should not exceed 55LBS. Service Animals are welcome, we do not charge any fees for service animals. Every pet has to be on leash when they are on property premises outside the room. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room. If any of the policy is not followed by pet owners or if a pet is not declared at the time of check-in then a fine of $250 will be imposed.
• Smoking regulations : This is a smoke free property, so smoking on property premises is prohibited.
• Quiet hours : After 10:00 PM the quiet hours begins.
• Deposit requirements : We do not collect any deposits, we just collect your credit card details on arrival for incidental purpose.
• Damage and liability policies : Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the room or missing items discovered after checkout. In such cases the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Age restrictions : The primary guest should be at least 18 years old and should be there for check-in.
• Parking regulations : There are free parking spaces available on property for every guest.
• Office timings : 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anybody. It will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries to visitors, as well as any loss of money, jewelry, other valuables.
